These terms cover the Zenith Workspaces plugin for ChatGPT and other AI assistants (the "Plugin"), run by Zenith Workspaces, 106 Apple Street, Suite 200W, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724.

Use of the Plugin

The Plugin is free to use. It gives information about Zenith Workspaces, shows room availability, and returns links to Zenith's booking page. It is read-only: it cannot make, hold, change or cancel bookings and it does not take payment.

Availability and accuracy

Availability comes from Zenith's live booking calendar but can change at any time until a booking is completed. Prices shown are estimates. The booking page shows the final price, and its terms apply to any booking you make there.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Plugin to overload, scrape or disrupt the service. Requests are rate limited.

No warranty

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Zenith Workspaces is not liable for losses that come from using the Plugin or relying on its answers.

Changes

We may change or stop the Plugin or these terms at any time. If these terms change, we will update the date above.
