- Hot Desk Unlimited: $249/month. The only coworking membership. Includes 1 hour/month of conference room time.
- Zenith Office Lite: $399/month. 5 full private-office days per month (first come, first served; use it or lose it; resets monthly) + 2 hours/month conference room.
- Zenith Office Pro: $499/month. The full virtual office plan (there is no standalone mail package): business address + mail handling, 100 minutes/month live call answering, 1 private office day/month, 4 hours/month conference room.
- Private Office Day Pass: $25/hour, 2-hour minimum, $125 max per day plus NJ sales tax. First come, first served. Private offices: Everest, Denali, K2, Summit, Atlas, Matterhorn.
- Evergreen Conference Room (the only conference room, seats 10): $75/hour or $395/day.
- Monthly Private Offices: from $750/month. Month-to-month, 3, 6 or 12 month terms. Quote required.
- Executive Suites (225-250 sq ft, available now):

## Business address and mail
- Every membership includes a business mailing address and mail handling.

All six private offices have the same price. Only Evergreen costs $395/day; if a page shows $395 next to an office, that price belongs to Evergreen.

Private office pricing: $25/hour, 2-hour minimum. A full private office day is $125/day plus NJ sales tax. Evergreen is $75/hour or $395/day. Some offices are on long-term assignments and show no open times. To open a room on a specific day with a length preselected, add ?date=YYYY-MM-DD&duration=<seconds> to its link (3600 = 1 hour, 28800 = full day). Overnight bookings: the daily cap resets at midnight, so a booking that crosses midnight (for example 8 PM to 4 AM) is charged as two days ($250 plus tax) at checkout. If the booking is 8 hours or less, Zenith will adjust it to one day ($125 plus tax) after booking. Book online as usual, then email info@zenithworkspaces.com with the booking name and time to request the adjustment. Or email first and Zenith will book it for you at the one-day rate.

## After you book
You're booked. Here's what to know before you arrive.
- There is no front desk. Check-in is self-service through the Zenith app.

- Log in with the email you booked with. The app unlocks the doors.

- Parking is free in the building's lot.
- The building's main doors on the parking lot side are locked from 9 PM to 6 AM. The after-hours entry code is in your welcome email.
- Inside: take the elevator (on the right in the lobby) to the 2nd floor and turn right. Or take the stairs (on the left) to the 2nd floor and turn left. Walk down the long hallway to the last door on the left.
- To get in, tap "Unlock doors" on the app's home screen. Or hold your phone to the door reader for a few seconds with the app open.
- Unlocking the door checks you in. Confirm it with the check-in icon at the top of the app's home screen.
- Wi-Fi details are at the bottom of the app's home screen.
- Zenith's doors stay locked at all times. Take your phone with you when you step out.

- To find the gym: after entering the building, go left at the stairs. The gym door is about 30 feet down the hallway, facing you.
- Restrooms: leave Zenith, turn left, then take an immediate right. They are on your left.
